2. All books and products are supplied by The English Book Depot (EBD) as a reseller and the product warranty is that of the publisher or manufacturer. EBD shall not be held liable for any deficiency in the products supplied.
3. We are committed to serving our customers and will exchange the product only if the deficiency is genuine.
4. All sales are final and no returns are accepted.
5. All disputes subject to the courts at Dehradun in the Uttarakhand state of India.
